Users receive instant online access to employee data; a link to UPS online order tracking; and robust reporting that includes employee gift information, order status, most popular gifts, and real-time program spend.

ICE (Internal Communication Engine) is a web-based application that allows you to design and produce branded tools to help you communicate your employee recognition program throughout your organization. It includes pre-loaded templates and images for easy creation of communication pieces, downloads to help you administer your program, and training tools for administrators and managers.
